Henry Schek, III (Ph.D)
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO Henry heads up SunDensity’s efforts to revolutionize the capture of solar energy for conversion to electricity. A veteran of many cutting-edge technological enterprises, Henry is a hands-on lab teacher and a boardroom leader.
Before joining SunDensity, Henry was a Vice President of Engineering and a Business Line Leader with IDEX Health and Science. Before that, he was CTO of Chroma Technology, an employee-owned life-science optics company. In these roles, Henry led teams developing unique optical and photonic solutions that spanned the life science market and honed the leadership skills he now employs at SunDensity.
Henry received his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Master’s in Biomedical Engineering, and Bachelor’s in Engineering Physics from the University of Michigan. He now lives in Rochester, NY, where he is often found gardening with his wife or fishing

Greg Gresock
Vice President of Product
Greg Gresock leads the product function at SunDensity as a seasoned technology business executive. He is responsible for the commercialization and scale-up of technology and operations and for developing a robust product strategy and roadmap. Greg leans on his visionary and creative leadership to bridge the gap between technology and customers to drive product differentiation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth.
Before joining SunDensity, Greg provided expert business and marketing consultation to sustainability and green energy startups in New York State Energy Research and Development Authority programs as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. Before NYSERDA, his career technology expertise included imaging and color science, nanomaterials, electrophotographic, and inkjet imaging. He led the successful commercialization of industrial materials, hardware, software and services products over a multi-decade career at Eastman Kodak Company.
Mr. Gresock has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from the Simon School at the University of Rochester. He is a volunteer leader with the Boy Scouts of America. He currently resides in Rochester, NY with his wife and two boys.

Kevin Debasitis
Vice President of Business Development
Industry executive with over a decade of renewable energy experience including commercializing advanced solar PV technologies and solar plant development.
As Vice President of Sales at Electric Film secured Joint Development agreements with global technology firms for low-light harvesting Dye-Sensitized Solar Cells (DSSC) for powering a broad range of sensors for the Building Internet of Things. At Konarka Technologies he headed up the business development team for PowerPlastic, a semi-transparent Organic Photovoltaic PV (OPV), working with industry partners focused on Building Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) applications deploying projects around the world. Regarding renewable solar power delivery, as Director of EPC Projects for Nexamp he managed the complete development cycle of commercial solar plants from concept, to design, permitting, financing and EPC execution.

Greg Siembor
Director of Finance
Greg Siembor is a financial executive with decades of experience leading small and large companies as a financial executive. He is responsible for overseeing all the finances of the organization including strategic forecasting, day to day financial processing, implementing financial controls and financial reporting to management and the Board.
Greg has provided expertise as a CFO or Director of Finance for a variety of companies including economic development, software, green technology company, dairy and financial services. He specializes in helping companies build the necessary financial infrastructure to grow. He has lead a company through an IPO and two companies through acquisitions by publicly traded companies.

Dan Shea
Chief Commercial Officer & General Manager, SunDensity Canada
Dan Shea has been in technology industries for 40 years, much of it in executive management, including is 27 years at IB/Celestica, where he was Senior VP and Chief Tecnology Officer. Dan was Senor Vice President at Blackberry, President and CEO at Arise Technlogies Corporation (Solar), CO at Infobright (Database), and is a senor advisor and investor in 3E Nano Inc. (Nanotech). Dan as a BScEng from the University of Tronto.

Sjoerd Hoogland (Ph.D)
Chief Science Officer, SunDensity Canada
Sjoerd has 10 years of experience n business development, R&D, and management of scientific research projects in the fields of nanotechnology, photovoltics, photonics, and photodetectors leveraging extensive laboratory experience in industry and research institutes. He was the Principal Scientist and Manager of R&D at InVisage Technologies Inc., a quantum dot-based maging product companyu sold to Apple Inc. in 2017. He was the Director of Reseach, Technology and Innovation at the University of Toronto. He was awarded a Top 50 Scientific Discoveries b NSERC for the development of a solution-processed infrared laser. Sjoerd ha an MSC physics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a PhD in laser physics from the University of Southampton.

Dr. Armin Fischer (Ph.D., MBA)
Chief Innovation Officer & Chief Chemist, SunDensity Canada
Armin’s career has focused on nanotechnology-based R&D and its commercialization, particularly product development from concept to production of multidisciplinary, cutting-edge technology projects and typically across functional organizations in both Europe and North America. He was a founding scientist at InVisage Technologies Inc., a quantum dot-based imaging product company sold to Apple Inc. in 2017. He was the Head of R&D at Lumotune Inc. A nanotech shutters and screens company. He also served as an Associate Director at Creative Destruction Lab, an international competitive start-up mentoring pogram that ha propelled many high-tech ventures in Canada and abroad. Armin holds a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the Max Planck Society in Germany and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto
